Refunds are not available for:

  4. Refund Issued: Approved refunds are returned within 7–14 business days.

3. Processing Times

  • Card Refunds: 5–10 business days.
  • Wallets/UPI: Usually within 3–7 business days.

4. Game Currency

Coins, gems, and boosters are non-refundable once used. Unused currency may qualify for a refund if purchased in error and not consumed.

5. Subscription Plans

Cancel anytime before renewal. Refunds are not offered mid-cycle unless platform issues prevented proper access.
